Role Description
We're looking for a Junior Social Media Associate (1-2 years' experience) to join our marketing team. You'll help execute our social strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit and emerging channels, crafting on?brand posts, engaging with audiences, and supporting client outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit and schedule social media content (posts, captions, images) that align with our brand voice and business objectives.
Contribute to content that directly resonates with C-suite business leaders of mid to large corporates
Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities; respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain client touch?points for outreach in multiple mediums--including email campaigns, direct messages, and community forums--to drive awareness and nurture relationships.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams on multimedia assets (graphics, short videos) to boost content appeal.
Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement) and prepare weekly/monthly reports to inform strategy adjustments.
Mandatory Credentials
Hands on experience in social media engagement for B2B use cases
1-2 years' hands?on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Demonstrable content?writing expertise, with a portfolio of social media posts, blogs or articles.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Other Credentials (Preferred)
Experience working with B2B clients--especially in finance or technology.
Basic graphic?design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
