Job Summary:

AJ ARCHITECTS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Site Engineer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a recent B.Tech graduate who is eager to learn, passionate about architecture and construction, and ready to contribute to high-quality project execution at our sites in

Thalassery and Kannur

.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily site supervision and coordination of construction activities. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor progress and report site updates to the Project Manager or Senior Engineer. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Conduct quality checks and maintain safety standards at the site. Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and documentation. Support in managing materials and labor at the site.

Requirements:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline). Strong interest in architecture, site execution, and project management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of construction drawings and building materials. Willingness to travel or relocate within Kannur district (primarily Thalassery & Kannur). Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Office is a plus.
