Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight

: Manage and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure they meet project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Team Leadership

: Supervise and guide construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, providing training, and resolving conflicts.

Safety Management

: Implement and enforce strict health and safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Quality Control

: Conduct site inspections to assess the quality of completed work and ensure it meets established standards and building codes.

Communication

: Liaise with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to keep everyone aligned and informed about project progress and potential issues.

Resource Management

: Manage the ordering and delivery of construction materials, oversee the use of equipment, and help control project costs.

Documentation

: Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, documenting daily activities, progress, material deliveries, and any issues that arise.
