Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Junior Site Engineer

with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring technical compliance with structural drawings, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has progressed beyond basic site supervision and can now handle independent technical reporting and resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution:

Lead the execution of RCC works, finishing works, and structural elements (columns, slabs, beams) according to approved architectural and structural drawings.

Setting Out & Surveying:

Independently perform site layout and leveling using

Auto-Level

and

Total Station

instruments.

Billing & Estimation:

Prepare and verify

Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)

and Quantity Take-offs. Assist senior management in preparing contractor bills and material reconciliations.

Vendor & Labor Management:

Supervise subcontractors and labor teams to ensure daily targets are met without compromising quality.

Documentation:

Maintain essential site records including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Site Diaries, Pour Cards, and Material Inward/Outward registers.

Safety Enforcement:

Ensure 100% compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with 4+ years of experience are also encouraged to apply).

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in reading complex structural and MEP drawings. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(2D) and

MS Excel

for reporting. Basic knowledge of

MS Project

or

Primavera

is a plus.

Field Experience:

Minimum 2 years of actual site experience (excluding internships).

Communication:

Strong verbal communication in the local language and English to coordinate between laborers, consultants, and management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
