Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Site Engineer will assist in planning, supervising, and executing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications. The role involves close coordination with senior engineers, contractors, and project teams to maintain quality and progress on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day management of construction site operations. Supervise and monitor subcontractors, labor, and materials. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards and identify potential issues. Support the preparation of daily progress reports and maintain site records. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment. Assist in surveying, leveling, and setting out works on site. Report progress, delays, and technical issues to senior engineers or project managers. Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 0-2 years of relevant experience (site training preferred). Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
