Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

- Mandatory.

Master's Degree

in Civil Engineering or Project Management -

Preferred, not mandatory

Experience

Minimum 2 years

of relevant work experience in

infrastructure or construction projects

. Experience in

institutional, campus, or large-scale developments

is preferred.

Hands-on experience in residential apartments and villa projects

is a plus.

Technical Skills

Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)

preparation and execution.

AutoCAD

proficiency. Knowledge of

civil engineering & project management software

(Primavera, MS Project, etc.). Strong knowledge of

structural design principles, construction codes, and site management practices

. Experience in

tender documentation

.

Core Responsibilities

Site Execution & Monitoring

- Supervise construction activities, conduct site inspections, track progress, and resolve issues.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain site logs, material records, compliance reports.

Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure adherence to government codes & safety standards.

Safety & Quality Control

- Monitor safety procedures and quality checks.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Communicate with consultants, architects, contractors, vendors.

Problem-Solving

- Provide solutions to on-site challenges.

Project Delivery

- Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.

Soft Skills

Strong

communication

skills. Good

coordination & organizational abilities

(able to handle 2-3 projects simultaneously). Problem-solving & decision-making mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
