Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Site Engineer

to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in site supervision, project execution, and quality control under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day site supervision and execution of civil construction work. Support in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out as per design, standards, and schedule. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site workers. Assist in maintaining daily project reports, material records, and site documentation. Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed on-site. Report progress and issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers welcome). Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures. Willingness to work on-site. Good communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with AutoCAD/MS Office is a plus.
