Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu (field-first role with regular site visits across South India) Type: Full-time About Fitoverse Fitoverse is a fast-growing sports infrastructure company based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, established in 2022. We specialize in providing high-quality sports flooring solutions including synthetic courts, artificial turfs, running tracks, and gym flooring. Role overview: We're hiring a hands-on Junior Site Engineer to run site delivery for sports courts (turf, acrylic, PP tiles, civil bases). You'll lead vendors and contractors, manage schedules, and ensure projects finish on time, on spec and safe. This is a field-heavy role - strong on practical civil skills and project tools. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of civil & flooring projects (planning ? execution ? handover). Prepare, track and update project schedules, budgets and progress reports. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and on-site teams; enforce quality and safety standards. Read and produce basic AutoCAD drawings / markups for site execution. Perform/verify dumpy levelling and other site survey checks; translate findings into action. Use project management tools to log tasks, risks and communications (MS Project / Primavera / Procore / Google Sheets or equivalent). Report project status to founders/ops and resolve on-site issues quickly. Drive timely procurement inputs and material inspections. Must-have skills & experience Civil/project management (sports infra, playgrounds, building sites or similar preferred). Practical experience with site surveying - dumpy levelling or equivalent. Basic AutoCAD (site markups, simple layouts). Comfortable using PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or structured Google Sheets workflows). Good Hindi (verbal & basic written) for coordinating with Hindi-speaking crews/vendors. Strong communication, problem-solving and vendor-management skills. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel frequently for site visits.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?28,081.59 per month
