Requirements

Junior Engineer- Male Minimum 2-3 years of experience Should have 2 wheeler with LicenseGood English skill Experience in residential and/or commercial buildings Resume MUST have details of PROJECTS WORKED - like Project Type/Project Name/Project Size etc Should have had job stability and worked in a company atleast for 2 years Should be experienced in taking quantity from AutoCAD drawing and Excel Knowledge Technical knowledge in the construction processes.Coordinating with teams members

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Preparation and certification of vendor bills

Checking and ensuring sub contractor bill certification Creating daily labour attendance reportCost Planning: Develop cost plans and monitor project budgets.Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects

.Raising Indents

Creating Daily Progress reportPreparing Indents from quantification and quotes, to closure of order by coordinating with office, project head, vendors and consultantsTendering: Assist with issuing and evaluating tender documents.Communicating with vendor and getting multiple vendor quotes and clearing the bills

Reconcilliation of Stocks

Ordering necessary bulk material through indent raising to site headReconcilliation daily updating

Client and vendor billing related works

Updating reconcilliation of stocks and item every dayQuantification for indents in advance with location and spec of work and items etc - boq for worksPreparing/Updating and sharing the Client reports and recording the checklistPreparing the Daily progress report with values everyday for billingUpdating of client bills everyday

Updating and upkeep of projects drawings, QC and samples:

Preparing for the meeting and recording of MOM for the site meetingCoordinating and keeping record of approved samples and disposing unwanted samplesUpdating Drawing register with gfc seal and client sign and disposal of superceded drawings in coordination with engineering and site teamProper record and updating of qc documents in coordination with engineering and site
