Position Overview

PDC Buildcon LLP is looking for a

Junior Civil Site Engineer

to support the on-site execution of construction projects. The role is ideal for

fresh civil engineering graduates

or

candidates with up to 1 year of site experience

who are eager to learn and grow in the construction contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior site engineers in daily site activities and execution of work Supervise ongoing construction work as per drawings and instructions Monitor workmanship quality and ensure work is carried out as per standards Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors on site Track daily progress and prepare basic site reports Ensure materials are used efficiently and report shortages if any Follow safety norms and company site protocols Support in measurements, checking levels, and basic site documentation Assist in resolving minor site issues under senior guidance

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

Freshers can apply Candidates with a

minimum of 1 year of site experience

Skills & Requirements

Basic understanding of civil construction activities Willingness to work on-site and learn execution processes Ability to follow instructions and work under senior engineers Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of drawings and site measurements Familiarity with MS Excel / basic reporting is an added advantage
