Junior Site Engineers

to support site execution, quality control coordination and documentation across our projects.

This role suits a

hands-on, site-oriented engineer

who is eager to learn and grow within a structured construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily site supervision as per drawings, levels and specifications Support layout marking, levelling and setting-out works Coordinate with foremen, supervisors and subcontractors for daily activities Assist in checking formwork, reinforcement, concreting and curing Conduct basic quality checks and ensure proper material stacking Forecast material requirements and track usage and wastage Coordinate with storekeeper for timely material availability Record labour deployment and basic productivity data Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) with photographs Maintain site records, testing reports and communication logs Capture site progress through photos and videos Follow safety protocols and participate in site safety briefings Use AutoCAD, Excel and site reporting formats under guidance

Who Can Apply

Degree

in

Civil Engineering

2-3 years of on-site construction experience

Working knowledge of drawings and site practices Willingness to learn, take responsibility and work on site Basic proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge preferred
