1. Responsible for site supervision, execution and documentation of Civil & finishing works. To check the work at site as per the work order stipulation.
2. Study, refer and implement GFC Architectural, RCC, MEP & interior design drawings for Civil & finishing works.
3. Coordinate contractor & finishing work agencies for smooth execution of work.
4. Prepare weekly, monthly, daily reports, pour card, MOM, checklists & progress documents and monitor progress by regular updating & reporting.
5. Maintain records of goods received and consumed. Receive material at site, check challan as per the PO, Issue materials to the contactors and keep record in registers.
6. Taking QC/QA Field and lab test of materials, finishing work and concrete and maintaining test records.
7. Prepare BBS for reinforcement steel.
8. Take measurement of the work done as per the mode of measurement and IS codes and check contractor's bills & material invoices.
Educational Qualification: - DCE/B.E. (Civil)
Required Computer Skills: AutoCAD, MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power point), MS project.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
