Quazar Infrastructure Company is looking for an experienced

Junior Site Engineer

to manage and execute site activities for civil and interior works. The candidate should have prior experience working with reputed builders and strong technical knowledge of construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for

civil and interior works

Coordinate with builders, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion Manage site materials, manpower, and resources efficiently Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Maintain daily site reports and documentation Ensure compliance with safety norms and company standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

Civil Engineering

5 to 8 years

of relevant site engineering experience Must have worked with

builders or construction firms

Strong knowledge of

civil construction and interior works

Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:

Experience in residential or commercial projects Basic knowledge of billing, measurements, and estimation Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Compensation:

Salary:

?30,000 - ?40,000 per month
