Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects including infrastructure, construction, and land development. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or engineers with up to 2 years of experience looking to grow their career in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and drafting of civil engineering plans using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.


Support the senior engineering team in preparing project reports, calculations, and cost estimates.


Conduct site visits to monitor progress, gather data, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.


Perform basic surveying tasks and support topographic data collection.


Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.


Help in reviewing and preparing documentation for permits and regulatory compliance.


Maintain project documentation and records.


Support quality assurance and quality control procedures during project implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.


0-3years of relevant experience (internships or co-op programs are a plus).


Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software.


Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.


Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


Willingness to work on-site as required.
