Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the villa site.

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, designs, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers for smooth workflow.

Monitor quality of materials and workmanship to maintain high standards.

Track project timelines, report progress, and address on-site issues.

Ensure safety protocols and compliance with local building regulations.

Assist in cost control by preventing wastage and monitoring resource usage.

Provide regular updates to project managers and developers.

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Strong knowledge of villa/residential construction practices.

Ability to read & interpret structural/architectural drawings.

Problem-solving & decision-making skills.

Good communication and leadership to handle on-site teams.

Strong focus on timelines, quality, and budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,990.74 - ₹32,868.28 per month
