Junior SHE (Electrical) Manager
Candidate must have SHE Certificate
Candidate must have diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering with govt. recognized electrical license holder. 1 year experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing SHE policies and procedures for electrical works.
Monitor day-to-day electrical activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Support risk assessments, HIRA, JSA, and toolbox talks for electrical jobs.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices at site.
Assist in inspections, audits, and safety walkthroughs.
Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
Help maintain SHE documentation, permits, and safety records.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors on electrical safety matters.
Participate in safety training, inductions, and emergency preparedness activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
