Position Overview
We seek a motivated Junior Service Engineer to support our cutting-edge agricultural robotics products. This role involves installation, maintenance, and customer support for our autonomous farming solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission FarmRobo products at customer sites
Perform maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues
Provide on-site and remote customer support and training
Test new features and provide improvement feedback
Maintain service records and documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams on product enhancements
Requirements
Essential:
Diploma/B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Basic knowledge of robotics, automation, and agricultural machinery
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to travel to customer locations
Preferred:
Experience with drones, autonomous systems, or agricultural equipment
Familiarity with automation tools
Local language proficiency
