EV charging stations and related equipment
. You'll assist senior engineers in delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Field Service Support:
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and setup of EV charging stations and other technical equipment.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Help diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field under guidance from senior engineers.
Maintenance:
Conduct scheduled and corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure reliable performance.
Technical Support:
Provide on-site and remote technical assistance when required, liaising with customers professionally.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work done -- including service reports, installation checklists, and parts used. (inferred from typical service engineer duties)*
