Job Description

A bachelor's degree in a IT-related field. Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous. Good computer/ IT skills and the ability to manage the team of Engineers Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills. Good resource planning skills. Excellent leadership and customer service skills. Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail. Need to work as a bridge between the Client and the Company/Engineers.
Skills required

1) Project coordination with external / internal vendors 2) SLA governance 3) Presentation and MIS skills 4) Operational / Escalation management 5) Sales / Presales coordination 6) Finance reports exposure preferred 7) Bridging role between the engineers and the client

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
