Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital
Marketing Specialist with a strong command over Advanced On-Page/Off-Page SEO,
SMO, PPC strategies, and content development. This role demands expertise in
optimizing content for search engines and social media platforms, staying
updated with algorithm changes, leveraging SEO/PPC tools, and driving
ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:



Advanced SEO
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced on-page optimization (schema markup,
internal linking strategy, LSI integration, content structuring).
Develop and execute white-hat off-page SEO campaigns (guest
blogging, link building, niche edits, etc.).
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and
gap analysis.
Audit websites regularly to ensure SEO best practices are
followed.
Utilize tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs,
Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, etc.
Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and
adjust strategies accordingly.
Perform SEO reporting and provide data-driven
recommendations.
Collaborate with developers and content writers to ensure
SEO guidelines are implemented.

Analytical &


Technical Skills:


Analyze traffic trends, bounce rate, CTR, and keyword
performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Data Studio.
Prepare SEO and performance reports with actionable
insights.
Set up and monitor SEO KPIs.

Social Media


Optimization & Marketing (SMO):


Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Facebook,
LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Schedule and publish regular social content with clear CTAs
and performance tracking.
Plan and execute paid social media ads with measurable KPIs.
Work closely with the design team for creatives, reels,
banners, and ads.
Manage community engagement, comments, and DM interactions.

PPC & Paid Ads


Strategy:



Plan and manage paid campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook
Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.

Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.

Track and optimize ad performance to improve CTR,
conversions, and ROAS.

Implement remarketing, display ads, and conversion tracking
effectively.

Content & Communication:



Write SEO-friendly meta titles, descriptions, image alt
tags, and structured content.

Draft clear and persuasive ad copies for Google Ads and
social media campaigns.

Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and
performance.

Collaborate with content and design teams for blogs, case
studies, and web content.

SMO Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,

Clarity

Content Tools: Grammarly, Hemingway, ChatGPT, Surfer SEO

Qualifications:



Any Degree. - BE, B Tech, MCA, BSC(Any Specialization), MSC.

Proven 2+ years of experience in SEO, SMO, PPC, and


content creation.



Strong written and communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
