Role Summary:

Crimson World School is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

School Accountant

to manage and oversee the school's financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, fee collections, reconciliations, and reporting in alignment with the school's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and expense tracking. Handle

fee collection

from students and maintain updated records of payments and dues. Perform

reconciliation

of revenue, bank accounts, cash, and vendor statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and institutional policies. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management. Coordinate with internal departments for budgetary control and financial planning. Maintain accurate documentation and support internal/external audits. Work closely with the finance team to improve systems and controls.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Tally ERP certification preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of

1-2 years of experience

in a school accounting or finance role.

Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally ERP

and

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good team player with high attention to detail and accuracy.
