Junior Scent Artisan

who is eager to begin a journey into the world of olfactory craftsmanship. This role blends creative sensitivity with structured business understanding, supporting the development, refinement, and communication of our signature scent creations.

As a Junior Scent Artisan, you will work closely with senior artisans and cross-functional teams to assist in scent development, evaluation, and storytelling--ensuring each creation reflects the elegance, depth, and identity of the Kritosh brand.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior scent artisans in the creation, refinement, and evaluation of fragrance blends. Support daily scent trials, dilution processes, and sample preparation under supervision. Maintain and organize scent libraries, raw material records, and testing logs. Participate in scent evaluation sessions to understand balance, longevity, and evolution of notes. Help translate scent profiles into clear, evocative descriptions for internal use and customer-facing content. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate scent inspiration, character, and usage. Conduct basic research on scent trends, ingredients, and consumer preferences. Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are followed during all scent-handling processes. Assist in inventory tracking and documentation of materials and samples.
Required Qualifications

Graduation degree in BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)

or equivalent. Strong interest in fragrances, scent craftsmanship, and sensory experiences.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

, with the ability to articulate scent profiles confidently and elegantly. Basic understanding of branding, customer experience, and product positioning. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

High sensory awareness and curiosity for ingredients and scent evolution. Creative mindset with the ability to learn technical processes. Professional presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a structured yet creative environment. Prior exposure to fragrance, beauty, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
