Job Description

An Order Execution Rep's job involves overseeing the complete order lifecycle, from initial entry to final fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and accurate execution. This includes tasks like managing customer inquiries, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring shipments meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:



Order Management:

Managing the entire order lifecycle, including new customer setups, modifications, and escalations, ensuring timely processing and accurate fulfillment.

Customer Communication:

Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on order status.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborating with various teams, including production, warehousing, and shipping, to ensure smooth order execution.

Inventory Management:

Verifying stock availability and coordinating with procurement to ensure timely fulfillment.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and order details, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Problem Solving:

Addressing issues and conflicts related to orders, working with various teams to find effective solutions.

Data Accuracy:

Ensuring data accuracy in order systems and databases, including customer information, order details, and shipping information.

Compliance:

Adhering to company policies and industry regulations related to order processing and shipping.

Skills and Qualifications:



Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction. Organization: High organizational skills for managing multiple orders and ensuring timely processing. Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to order execution efficiently. Data Entry: Accuracy and proficiency in data entry and using ERP systems. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software, including ERP systems, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail for accuracy and adherence to processes. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
