Travel Fika is looking for a motivated and energetic
Sales Executive
with a minimum of
1 year of experience in any sales field
. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings. You will be working closely with our travel team to promote our travel packages and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Promote and explain Travel Fika's domestic and international travel packages.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain strong follow-up with potential customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth travel planning.
Maintain records of leads, calls, and bookings.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year experience
in any sales domain (travel sales experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
