Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Junior Sales Officer

with at least

2 years of experience in NBFC and Insurance sales

. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for NBFC and insurance products Promote and sell financial products such as loans, insurance policies, and related services Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and existing networks Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and terms to customers Assist customers with documentation, application processing, and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams for credit processing, underwriting, and policy issuance Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports Ensure compliance with regulatory, company, and industry standards
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of NBFC products and insurance offerings Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel for field sales activities
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field Minimum

2 years of proven sales experience

in NBFC and/or Insurance sector
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of sales targets Number of new customers acquired Customer retention and satisfaction Quality of documentation and compliance
