The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive demand, and increase sales of uPVC doors and windows products across targeted markets (B2B, B2C, or both). This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive
marketing strategies
(digital, traditional, and ATL/BTL) to achieve sales and brand objectives within the uPVC sector.
Conduct continuous
market research
and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities, especially within the construction, architectural, and real estate segments.
Contribute to the annual marketing budget planning and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
2. Campaign & Execution
Plan, execute, and track
promotional campaigns
and product launches across various channels (e.g., social media, SEO/SEM, trade shows, print media).
Create, curate, and maintain a library of high-quality
marketing collateral
(brochures, case studies, presentations, videos) that effectively communicate the benefits and features of uPVC products.
Coordinate
event marketing
activities, such as participation in industry exhibitions, builder/architect meets, and dealer conferences.
3. Sales & Business Development Support
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment of marketing activities with
sales targets
and project-based lead generation efforts.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders like
builders, architects, contractors, and channel partners
to promote product specifications and drive demand.
Provide the sales team with necessary tools, training, and product knowledge support.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
Present findings and recommendations for optimization to
senior management
.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is often a plus.
3 to 5+ years of proven experience
in a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably within the
building materials, construction, uPVC, or interior/architecture
industry.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Essential Skills
Strong understanding of both
B2B and B2C marketing principles

In-depth
product knowledge
of uPVC doors and windows, including technical specifications, competitive advantages, and applications.
Excellent written and verbal
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Design).
