Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Junior Sales & Marketing Executive
with a
manufacturing/industrial background
to support our business development and marketing initiatives in India. This role is ideal for candidates who want to

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Business Development (40%)
Assist in
prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach
within the manufacturing/industrial sector.
Prepare and deliver
product presentations, proposals, and quotations
.
Support the sales team in negotiations and order processing.
Maintain and update the
CRM system
with leads, client interactions, and opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify
new business opportunities
.
Marketing Support (25%)
Assist in executing
marketing campaigns (digital + offline)
to increase brand visibility.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies for
marketing materials, exhibitions, and trade shows
.
Manage company presence on
social media, email campaigns, and website updates
.
Collect and analyze data on campaign effectiveness.
Client Interaction & Retention (20%)
Handle
customer queries, follow-ups, and support requests
.
Ensure timely communication with clients on product deliveries, issues, and updates.
Internal Coordination (15%)
Work closely with the
production, operations, and logistics teams
to ensure smooth order execution.
Provide regular reports on
sales activities, client feedback, and market insights
to senior management.
Assist in preparing
sales MIS, dashboards, and performance reports
.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
.
1-3 years of experience
in sales/marketing (manufacturing or industrial sector preferred).
Strong interest in
B2B sales, client management, and industrial marketing
.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
