Job Title: Junior Sales Manager - Indore/Bhopal (Channel & Direct)
Location: Indore / Bhopal
Job Overview:
The Junior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our channel and direct sales
operations in Indore, Bhopal, and surrounding areas. This role involves developing business through
dealer/distributor networks, collaborating with internal teams for smooth execution, and ensuring
consistent sales growth and market development. The ideal candidate will bring relevant industry
experience, strong relationship management skills, and a proactive sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Management:

  • Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and EPC partners across the region.
  • Provide sales support, product training, and promotional tools to empower partners.
  • Drive sales enablement through ongoing engagement and performance tracking.
2. Regional Sales Growth:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within both channel and direct sales segments.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups and order
conversions.
3. Market Development:
  • Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
  • Expand market reach by identifying new territories, dealer networks, and application opportunities.
  • Represent the company at local trade events, exhibitions, and partner forums to boost visibility.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, service) to ensure customer satisfaction
and timely deliveries.
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to resolve customer issues and align on product
positioning.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, partner interactions, and market insights.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on performance metrics, challenges, and regional
trends.
  • Track sales KPIs and propose corrective actions when needed.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B or channel sales, preferably in the renewable energy, electrical, or
solar sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sales cycles, partner relationship management, and regional distribution
networks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable with regional travel across Indore, Bhopal, and nearby locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
