Job Description

Key Responsibilities
-Calling Existing Restaurant Partners and explaining how to use the app ( For Top GMV Contributing partners )
-Reactivating closed P0/ P1 restaurants by solving their issues.
-Educating partners about the importance of RHI metrics and keeping a track on them.
-Serviceability check on a regular basis for the Top GMV Contributing Restaurants
-Doing RCA for basic RHI Metrics like Restaurant Driven Cancellations, IGCC, Prep Time & Acceptance. Identifying Defaulters and driving improvement in their metrics
-Making reports and showing city/ spoc level metrics for each charter
-Driving Improvement in RHI via Sales Team
-Partner App training to the new onboarded P0/ P1 Restaurants
-Deep diving into menu level improvements for IGCC, Slot level timings updation / trimming to drive improvement in Supply Consumer Experience
-Sharing Central Processes with City teams and ensuring phone No/ email id/ timings request as received are updated within a specified TAT
