We are hiring a Junior Sales Manager for our Agency Channel to recruit and develop a team of life insurance advisors. The role involves fieldwork, team management, and target achievement.Key Responsibilities:- Sale of Health policies through tele sales and virtual meetings. - Recruit, train agents and generate business from them. - Handling the health retail product.- Maintaining relationships with the health agents. - Training & motivating the health agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Must Be a Local Candidate. - 2+ Years Experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Devlopment.
