Job Description

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client requirements, coordinate with the technical and operations teams, and ensure timely project delivery.

Handle client queries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Inside Sales & Business Development:



Identify and qualify new sales leads through calls, emails, and online research.

Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.

Maintain and update CRM with client details, sales activities, and pipeline status.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate inbound leads.

REQUIREMENTS



1-3 years of experience in client servicing, inside sales, or business development (preferably in IT, AV, or digital signage industry).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
