We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of real estate sales experience. The role involves assisting the sales team in achieving targets, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships to drive growth.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs in the real estate sector.
Actively seek out potential clients through cold calling, site visits, networking, and social media.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects and accompany clients for property visits.
Assist in preparing and delivering presentations on projects and offerings.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, client interactions, and sales reports.
Ensure availability of project brochures, price lists, and stock inventory for demonstrations.
Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and client meets.
Handle initial client queries and escalate concerns to senior sales staff when needed.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective sales targets.
Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market trends preferred.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms for lead generation.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in any field.
