Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Junior Sales Executive who is passionate about engaging leads via telephone and email, nurturing customer relationships, and helping drive growth at Sain Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Tele calling & Lead Outreach:
o Proactively make outbound calls to prospects, qualifying and fixing appointments for senior sales members.
o Follow-up with potential clients after marketing campaigns and events.
Email Marketing & Communication:
o Craft and send effective email campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
o Handle responses, answer queries, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Customer Support & Relationship Building:
o Provide timely and professional support to inbound customer inquiries by phone, chat, or email.
o Escalate technical or complex queries to relevant teams while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
CRM Management & Reporting:
o Log all interactions accurately in CRM.
o Track metrics such as call volume, email response rates, and lead conversion.
o Provide weekly progress reports and insights to senior management.
Collaboration:
o Partner with marketing to optimize campaign messaging and email templates.
o Coordinate with sales, product, and support teams to keep customers informed and satisfied.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0-2 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
Comfortable using phone, email, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Positive "can-do" attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
