Requirement for the Job Profile with Key Skills & abilities:



1. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and goals.

2. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, grievances, and issues, providing timely and professional support.

3. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

4. Manage logistical aspects like product information, shipping, and delivery assistance.

5. Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.

6. Excellent verbal and communication skill in English.

7. Ability to understand customer enquires (related to Industrial automation ) .

8. Good Customer management skill

9. Need to Handle Siemens Software's.

10. Immediate response to the customer .

Location - Singanallur, Coimbatore
