Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students and parents to promote course offerings and admission benefits.
Conduct sales-driven counseling sessions to recommend suitable academic programs.
Follow up with leads, walk-ins, and inquiries to drive admissions and meet monthly targets.
Clearly explain course details, schedules, fee structures, and institutional advantages.
Maintain and update lead records, follow-up status, and admission progress in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
Participate in marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and orientation programs.
Provide pre-admission support and motivate students to make informed decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language (Tamil preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
