Leapon empowers businesses in North America to turn networking leads into customers by seamlessly integrating them into their sales pipeline. As we grow, we're looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive who's ready to take the next step in their SaaS sales career.
What You'll Do
Qualify leads and schedule product demos that are primed for conversion
Run online demos: uncover real business needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals with confidence
Handle objections with confidence to keep momentum and move prospects toward decision
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
Follow up consistently via phone, email, and CRM to maximize conversion rates
Keep detailed records of sales activity in CRM to improve performance and close more accounts
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in software sales
Strong communication and presentation skills
Consultative selling mindset and emotional intelligence
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
Nice to Have
Experience with cold outreach
Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
Schedule
Full-time: 8:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (8 hours/day)
Daily Sales Sync: 6:00 PM IST (30 minutes)
Compensation
3LPA (Base Salary) + Performance Bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
