Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Promote and sell company products/services to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer data.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and review meetings regularly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
