Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
Generate leads and acquire new customers for the company's services.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with vendors and customers.
Maintain a balanced pipeline of vendors and customers to meet demand and supply.
Achieve monthly/quarterly onboarding and sales targets.
Prepare proposals, agreements, and contracts for vendors and clients.
Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer interactions in CRM.
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve service reach.
