Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery. Educate customers about product features, offers, and policies. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
