Job Title: Junior Sales Executive
Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Hybrid - 3 Days Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Creation: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across domestic and international markets.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, email, phone outreach, and referrals.
Prospecting Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging. Customize outreach strategies based on client profiles and regions.
Meeting Scheduling: Arrange discovery and follow-up meetings for the internal team with qualified leads.
CRM Management: Use sales tools and databases to track prospects, activities, and outcomes.
Market Research: Continuously research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine the sales strategy.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and account management teams to align sales efforts with campaign goals and delivery capabilities.
Requirements:
?Experience: Minimum 2 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, analytics, or tech-based services.
? Sales Tools: Proficient in using CRMs, sales engagement tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
? Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
? Networking Skills: Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships across geographies.
? Self-Starter: High level of initiative and ability to work independently while collaborating with remote and in-house teams.
? Location: Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate. Mandatory 3 days work from the office in Andheri.
