Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Visit potential customers for new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle objections.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Record sales and order information, and report the same to the sales department.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
Qualifications & Skills
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
