We are seeking a motivated

Junior Sales Executive

with

1-2 years of experience

to support our sales team, promote our products, and help expand our client base. Candidates with a passion for wellness, excellent communication skills, and field sales experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in generating leads and supporting sales efforts for our Ayurvedic products and services. Support the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients. Help achieve sales targets by following up on leads and opportunities. Conduct basic market research and gather information on competitors. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools and prepare simple reports as needed. Represent the company professionally during client interactions and promotional events.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales

(Ayurveda, Pharma, FMCG, or wellness industry preferred). Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales field. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to work under guidance. Willingness to travel locally as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred; business, marketing, or related field advantageous). Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
