The Sales Executive will manage retail sales across:
Mangalore City and surrounding areas
Mangalore to Udupi route
Mangalore to Puttur route
Mangalore to Kasaragod (Kerala border)
Daily routes will be planned to ensure proper market coverage and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Sales & Customer Development:
Visit kirana stores, supermarkets, and sweet shops in assigned areas
Introduce and explain product range with samples and catalog
Onboard new customers and generate regular orders
2. Order Management & Delivery Coordination:
Take daily orders from retailers and pass them to the backend team
Coordinate with delivery staff for smooth dispatches
Follow up with customers regarding delivery and service
3. Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with retail partners
Address basic customer concerns or feedback
Ensure consistent follow-up and repeat business
4. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain a route-wise log of visits and orders
Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales coordinator or management
Share market feedback on customer preferences or competitors
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience (preferably in FMCG or sweets/snacks)
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
Good communication skills in Kannada (Tulu, Malayalam, or basic English is a bonus)
Familiar with Mangalore, Udupi, Puttur, Kasaragod routes
Basic knowledge of how to write bills, maintain records, and manage customer relations
Reliable, honest, and comfortable working independently
Salary & Benefits:(ctc)
Monthly Salary: ₹14,000 - ?18,000 (based on experience)
Travel Allowance: Provided based on fuel usage and distance covered
Mobile Recharge Support (if needed)

Pay: ₹168,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
