Junior Sales Executive About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and presentable

Junior Sales Executive

to support the sales team in government project coordination, documentation activities, client communication, and meeting scheduling. The role involves frequent interaction with government departments and on-site visits, ensuring smooth follow-ups and professional representation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with documentation work, including proposal preparation, tender follow-ups & record management. Visit

government project sites and offices

for submissions, follow-ups, and coordination work. Communicate professionally with government officials and project stakeholders to

schedule meetings, follow-up discussions, and project reviews

. Support senior sales staff during

client visits, demonstrations, and field activities

. Maintain proper documentation of visits, discussions, and updates for internal reports. Ensure high levels of

professionalism, punctuality, and presentability

while representing the company. Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of documents, project updates, and support requests. Assist in basic market research, competitor updates, and customer requirement gathering. Updated with industry trends, emerging technologies & competitor activities in public sector technology deployments.

Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Management, Marketing) 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Field Coordination, or Client Servicing. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with government officials. Good understanding of MS Office and basic documentation. Ability to travel to project sites and government offices as required. Presentable personality with strong customer-handling skills. Self-driven, responsible, and capable of managing tasks independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
