Job Title: Junior Sales Executive
 Location: Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida/Chandigarh ( as per Company requirement)
 Department: Sales & Business Development
 Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager 
 Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and field-ready Junior Sales Executive with 1-2 years of sales experience in any construction-related manufacturing industry. The candidate will undergo a 6 month probation period with a fixed stipend. Upon successful completion, a performance-based CTC of ?8-11 LPA will be offered. 
Key Responsibilities: 
 ? Identify and meet clients including contractors, distributors, and procurement heads
 ? Promote FRP products like manhole covers, cable trays, rebars, and fencing with technical understanding
 ? Assist with quotations, order follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and documentation
 ? Support vendor registrations and government or institutional product approvals
 ? Conduct daily field visits and generate lead reports
 ? Maintain CRM and submit visit reports and sales updates
 ? Participate in product demos, expos, and business development events 
Qualifications & Skills: 
 ? Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field
 ? 1-2 years of experience in sales within construction product manufacturing
 ? Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
 ? Mandatory: Candidate must own a laptop, a two-wheeler/four-wheeler, and a valid driving license
 ? Fuel expenses will be reimbursed separately
 ? Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region
 ? Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email for reporting 
Compensation:
 ? Probation Period (First 6 Months): ₹25,000/month (Fixed Stipend)
 ? Post-Confirmation (Based on Performance): ₹8-11 LPA (CTC)
 ? Fuel Reimbursement: As per company policy
