The Junior Sales Executive will handle incoming sales inquiries from across India, prepare quotations, respond to customers through email, maintain sales records, and support basic sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inquiry Management
? Handle incoming inquiries from pan-India customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
? Maintain an inquiry register and follow up with potential customers.
Communication & Correspondence
? Write professional emails and respond to customer queries.
? Share product catalogs, photos, and quotations with clients.
? Coordinate with the artisan team for order updates and timelines.
Quotation & Sales Order Support
? Prepare quotations based on customer requirements (sizes/designs/custom orders).
? Send estimates, confirm orders, and coordinate advance payments.
Record Keeping
? Maintain sales data, follow-up schedule, order sheets, and customer records.
? Prepare simple weekly and monthly sales reports.
Minor Sales Activities
? Support dispatch planning with logistics partners.
? Coordinate with packaging and transport.
? Monitor order execution till delivery.
Customer Service
? Provide basic after-sales support.
? Keep customers informed about order status.
Required Skills
? Good written English for email writing.
? Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel.
? Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales records.
? Clear communication skills.
? Organised and disciplined in follow-ups.
Qualifications
? Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
? 0-2 years of experience in sales or office work (freshers welcome).
? Experience in handicraft or creative industry is a plus.
