The Junior Sales Engineer will assist in driving sales growth by combining technical expertise with strong communication and customer relationship skills. This role involves supporting the sales team in identifying customers , tele calling, appointment scheduling, and ensuring customer relation throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that align with their needs.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide post-sales technical support and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related field).
0-1 year of minimum experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or a related engineering role.
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex products or systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with [specific industry or product type -- e.g., automation systems, HVAC, industrial equipment, etc.].
Ability to travel to client sites as required.
Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS office and typing
