We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, target-oriented, and looking for a flexible work schedule. You will be responsible for lead conversion, client follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships to drive admissions and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential leads (inbound + outbound) via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Pitch our language training programs to students, working professionals, and immigration aspirants. Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads to conversion. Maintain CRM records and daily reporting.
Coordinate with counselors/trainers to ensure smooth onboarding.
Share feedback and insights to improve lead quality and marketing efforts.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills (English + Hindi) Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (edtech or training preferred).
Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM, Google Sheets, and basic tools.
Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude. Must have a laptop and strong internet connection for remote work.
Open to Work in Canadian Time Zone
