We are looking for JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - SALES & SERVICES for our branches Chennai and Bangalore having knowledge of Sales and services related to Jewellery industry. Job Location: Chennai, Bangalore Preferred: Male Experience: 1-2years Salary- 17000-18000 per month : To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelry and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP. Responsibilities: - Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategies to enhance the store\xe2\x80\x99s profit. - Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements. - Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits of Malabar Promises and product details -To ensure customer delight in each sale. - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement. - Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment. - Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall. - Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc. - Assist in BTL marketing. Skills Required : - Gold Knowledge - Ability to sell - Self-motivated and driven by targets - Excellent communication skills - Customer service skills Qualifications: Any Graduate (ANY FIELD) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 per month Shift:
