Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of legal and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, client engagement ,and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients, pitch services effectively, and close deals. Convert leads into revenue-generating projects while meeting monthly targets. Communicate and build relationships with key decision-makers. Present and explain service offerings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner. Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate in any field. Proficiencyin English andHindi(mandatory). Self-driven, proactive, and responsible with a strong ability to learn quickly. Comfortable with technology andworkingindependently in a dynamicenvironment
